The Balance Internet Approach

Balance Internet's approach typically involves 3 phases, architecture, development and implementation. We use a project management methodology that we have developed over a 10 year period to ensure that our online projects are successful and meet the milestones and budget requirements of our clients.

Phase 1: Internet Architecture

Phase 1 is broken up into 4 stages of architecture. Stage i and 1 represent the establishment and analysis of our clients current strategy. Working closely with stakeholders we identify issues and opportunities to establish best practice outcomes and actions. Stage 2 and 3 represent our 5 short term actions and 5 long term goals.

Phase 2: Development

Whether it's an e-commerce retailer, website renovation, or email marketing, phase 2 of our approach represents the development and build stage. This is where we integrate best practice software for your business and start the build. Often searching for the industry leading software is a daunting task. With over 12 years experience
in the online space we are a vendor independent company that acquires open source software to best suit your budget.

Phase 3: Support

Phase 3 is the last stage in the project gate. Balance Internet's business methodology is passing on intellectual property to the end user. We pride ourselves on our ability to train, support and educate our clients, driving their staff to understand the online space, its content and programs. A key factor in our business is to make sure you have the right skills to add and change your project to your discretion, rather then paying developers.
